dugaan utk diet~

sumtimes,ble stay in hostel kte akn rs diet kte senang tergugat ngan prangai kwn2..esp prangai rumet..kalo kte diet,of coz xmo amek dinner lewat2 sgt..or maybe xmo amek dinner lgsg..huhuuu..

tp disebabkn kte stay dlm keadaan bersosial,nmpak mcm x elok jgk kalo asyk nk tolak ajakan kwn2 utk g dinner..bayangkan la kalo g dinner kol 9 mlm..huh!sia2 diet selama ini..mest rs frust menongggeng....

utk solution skg ni,try go on dgn existing condition..nk g dinner pn join aje..tp make sure exercise everyday tu x ditinggalkn & kalo selang seli pn ok lg kot..tp xpe,kte tgk resultnye pas smgu dua nnt cmne~

pastu,nk bg mknn tu cpt hadam,pas mkn tu jln2 laa..wt byk sket pergerakan..skg ni,try praktik utk bsuh baju mlm2 pas mkn..exercise tgn..bleh tingkatkn metabolisme & skaligus bakar kalori at d same time..basuh pkai berus!!bkn mesin basuh..huuu..

chaiyok2!!bersemangat utk teruskn misi..mission incomplete....aja,aja..fighting!!
